The customer agreement is the master contract under which Axie Capital Management, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, provides Contract Flash. It covers subscription and seat terms, ownership of uploaded content, data processing and subprocessors, electronic signature use and its legal limits, confidentiality, warranties and disclaimers, limitation of liability, and termination.

Customers keep ownership of the contracts they upload, and contract content is not used to train AI models. Contract Flash is software, not a law firm, and its AI output is not legal advice.
