Are signatures made in Contract Flash legally binding?
Electronic signatures executed through Contract Flash are designed to satisfy the U.S. ESIGN Act and state UETA requirements, and each completed document is accompanied by a Certificate of Completion recording signer identity, intent, consent, IP address, and timestamps. Certain document types are excluded from electronic signature by law in some jurisdictions — wills, certain family-law and court documents, and some notices — and the terms describe those limits.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Plans can be upgraded, downgraded, or cancelled at any time from the billing portal. A cancellation runs until the end of the current billing period, and your data remains available for export until deletion is requested.
Who owns the contracts I upload?
You do. Uploading content to Contract Flash does not transfer ownership of it. Contract Flash processes your content to provide the service, and does not use it to train AI models.
