Documents you sign in DocuSign, Dropbox Sign, or Adobe Sign can still be imported and tracked alongside their original drafts.

What happens when I hit my contract limit?
Nothing is auto-charged. There is no overage billing — when you reach the limit you are prompted to upgrade, you can buy a contract pack ($20 per 100 contracts), or you can archive older contracts to free up space. Your data is never deleted.
What is the difference between a full seat and a viewer seat?
Full seats (Owner, Admin, Member) can upload contracts, run AI queries, draft documents, send for signature, generate reports, and administer the workspace. Viewer seats are read-only on documents shared with them and cannot use AI features, upload, edit, or draft — they suit board members, executives, and stakeholders who only need visibility.
Can I add more team members to any plan?
Yes. Every paid plan includes full and viewer seats, and you can add more at $29/month per full seat and $10/month per viewer seat.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades and cancellations run until the end of the current billing period. Everything is self-serve through the billing portal.
